A key to the success DWC has had in electrical distribution has, and will always be, the collection and analysis of customer feedback as it pertains to our service and products. The feedback received dictates which products are stocked in our cable distribution centers.

Customer feedback has been a major factor in the fast growth Distributor Wire & Cable continues to experience.  The collection of this feedback has allowed us to notice and adjust to trends in demand of some of our more popular products.  Having a keen sense of market trends allows our organization to purchase stock for our facilities and therefore, offer faster, more efficient service to our customers.

“A local customer in the Denver area recently made the request for us to stock colored welding cables,” commented Keegan Bast, sales manager at DWC.  “Within a few weeks, our purchasing team added the colored welding cable line to our inventory based on this feedback helping to grow the wholesalers market share and increase our own value locally,”

Over the years, there have been several examples of our purchasing flexibility through feedback received.   DWC has added various K1 color coded  tray cables, colored XHHW in the power sizes, Belden equals and PV products through the feedback received from their customers.

As DWC continues to expand throughout the country, customer feedback will become even more important.  To help expand the DWC inventory, simply alert your sales agents of any products or services you would like to see added to any of their cable distribution centers.
